AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization. It is a global, non-political, independent, non-profit organization run by students and recent graduates from institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. It is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential, as to have a positive impact in the society.
Toward this aim, AIESEC runs over 470 conferences, provides 5,500 work abroad opportunities, and offers over 7,700 leadership positions to members each year. Together with a focus on building personal networks and exploring the direction and ambition of their future, AIESEC has an innovative approach to engaging and developing young people.
AIESEC provides its members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships and participation in a global learning environment.
